Refund Policy

At visaportal.com (operated by POWR GmbH), we strive to provide excellent visa processing services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For full details, please see Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions. Please note that the right of withdrawal expires once your application has been submitted to the government authority.

1. eVisa Applications

Refund eligibility for electronic visa applications depends on the processing stage of your application:

Full Refund (100%)

  • Your application has been submitted but has not yet been reviewed by our team
  • Your application is incomplete and you choose not to complete it

Partial Refund (75%)

  • Your application is currently under review by our processing team but has not yet been submitted to the government authority

No Refund

  • Your application has already been submitted to the relevant government authority
  • Your visa has been approved and issued

2. Processing Time Upgrades

If you selected a Rush or Super Rush processing speed, the additional fee for the expedited service is non-refundable once our team has begun prioritized processing of your application.

3. Government Rejections

If your visa application is rejected by the government authority:

  • Our service fee covers the professional preparation and submission of your application. Government approval is not guaranteed.
  • Rejections due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant are not eligible for a refund.
  • If the rejection was caused by an error on our part, we will either resubmit the application at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Time Limitation

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 months of the original order date. Orders older than 3 months are not eligible for a refund. Inactive orders (no applicant activity for 3 months) may be automatically cancelled.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
