Copies of your passport (the uploaded bio-data page and, where applicable, your biometric photo) are treated as especially sensitive and are kept only for as long as needed to process your application: they are automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days of your application being completed, and in any case no later than 30 days after upload. After deletion we retain only the non-sensitive application record required for the legal and accounting purposes described above.
