Important notice: visaportal.com is a private visa processing service operated by POWR GmbH. We are not a government agency. We are officially authorized by the Department of Home Affairs of the Australian Government to assist in the application and obtainment of travel, business, and electronic visas, eVisa, and ETA. We are registered with the Australia Department of Home Affairs under number 1386990.
We provide a professional visa processing service that assists travelers in preparing and submitting their visa applications. Our service includes application review, error checking, processing support, and customer assistance throughout the application process.
Our service fee covers the professional preparation, review, and submission of your visa application. This fee is separate from any government fees that may apply and includes our consulting, processing, and support services. The total cost including our service fee is displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.
We offer different processing speeds (Standard, Rush, and Super Rush) with corresponding fees. The selected processing time indicates the timeframe in which we process and submit your application, not a guarantee of government approval time.
Once you submit your application through our platform, we will review the information provided, check for errors or inconsistencies, and submit the application to the relevant government authority on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete.
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on government processing capacity. We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, incomplete information provided by applicants, or circumstances beyond our control.
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by email). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: [order number], ordered on [date], name of consumer, address of consumer, signature (only if on paper), date."

Early expiration of the right of withdrawal: You expressly agree that we begin the provision of our services before the withdrawal period has expired. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (i.e. once your application has been submitted to the government authority). If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored securely.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws in your country of residence. The place of jurisdiction is Oldenburg, Germany, unless you are a consumer, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
