U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service:

USCIS initiated a new online feedback initiative, called the USCIS Idea Community, to ask for stakeholder ideas and opinions on USCIS customer service tools. The first campaign, active through 8/7/13, focuses on the web-based tool that allows individuals to change their address online.

 

 
DHS Ends NSEERS Program
